Himalayan General Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-05-08 at 10:35 AM that the Special General Meeting of the company is going to be held on 2073-06-07. The SGM is supposed to approve th proposed right share to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:2.2.
