Right Share of Himalayan General Insurance and Sanima Mai Hydro

Himalayan General Insurance Company Limited has declared 1:2.2 right share to its shareholders and called Special General meeting on 7^th Ashwin, 2073. Similarly, Sanima Mai Hydro Power Company Limited also declared 1:1 right share and called Special General meeting on 31^st Bhadra, 2073. The decision is subjected to approval from upcoming AGM.
