Microfinance; First Quarter Report - Nepal Stock Market Update Analysis

Nepal Stock Update – Net Profit Analysis.

There are almost thirty Micro-finance Companies providing credit services to the customers in rural area. Due to high profitability ratio of Micro-finance Company, investors are attracted to invest on it. Here is the list of Micro-finance Companies declared their first quarter reports (Q1).  As per the unaudited financial reports of the first quarter published by 30 Micro-finance Companies, Naya Nepal Microfinance Company (NNLB) has increased its net profit by 365.04% as compared to corresponding period of previous fiscal year. Similarly, Support Microfinance increased its net profit by 208.74%.

As compared to earnings per share (EPS), Nagbeli Laghubitta (NBBL) stands in the 1^st position worth EPS Rs 125.57, Kalika Microfinance (KMCDB) stands in the 2^nd position with EPS Rs 107.71, Laxmi Microfinance (LLBS) stands in 3^rd position with EPS Rs 90.54 respectively.
