Second Quarter Report of Insurance Companies & Some Others.

To be Continued................

Quarterly reports are often an important time for publicly traded companies because the earnings report may significantly affect the value of a company's stock. Stock value may increase or decrease according to the companies' good or poor quarter report. Mutual Fund, Investors and analysts often use data from different quarters to make comparisons and evaluate trends. They make buy or sell decision after analysis of reports published. Stock prices fluctuate wildly everywhere on any stock market when the quarterly earnings report is released.

It is time for publishing Second quarter (Q2) report of any financial institutions to report their performance. By analyzing quarterly reports, investors can begin to gauge the financial health of the company and determine whether it deserves their investment.

Nepal Stock Update will regularly update the reports published by publicly traded companies to aware the investors about the companies' performance to determine if the company is consistently performing well.

How Much will be the Cut off Price of Upcoming Auction Scripts including ADBL ?

Nepal Stock Market Update- Auction
Nepal Stock Market Update- Auction
All the investors normally try to acquire unclaimed shares below than market price. However, trend shows that few investors might bid above the market price. This is due to unaware of recent market price or with some blind mistakes otherwise, there is no logic to spend more money in auction than market price.

Cutoff price for Banks, Development Banks, Finance and any other financial institutions depends upon the demand, interest of investors, goodwill and number of shares auctioning. Trend shows that cutoff price for commercial banks are higher than development banks and finance companies.

Agricultural Development Bank had auctioned more than 19.68 lakh units, which is the largest auction of unclaimed right shares of any company in Nepal.

Auctioning of some other companies' script are in pipeline.
Some of the companies' market price is already below than their cut off price of auctioned shares.

Latest Auction : MBL, Cut off price: 8.31% below than Closing Market Price

For the reference, here is a table of latest 13 companies' cut off price.
